- Do the tasks that you love – Passion and enthusiasm increases your energy. It is best to choose a profession or a job that you love to do. Then you enjoy yourself at your job, it’s not longer work.
Your work should be one that utilizes your natural talents and interests so that you are happy to do it. You should get a satisfaction after completing your job. Feel good about the day, and excited to begin again tomorrow.
REGULAR EXERCISING BOOSTS YOUR POSITIVE ENERGY
- Get regular exercise – Exercise boosts positive energy. Exercise makes you feel good. Regular exercise keeps your energy levels high.
When you are in a regular exercise program, your health and longevity are improved and more resistant to illness and disease.

- Dress well. Always Dress appropriately to suit the occasion you are in. If you are in a professional environment, where the 3 piece suit is worn, you do not want to wear jeans and a T-shirt.
Wearing clean professional dress for where you are working makes you feel good, raises your confidence and positive energy. You do not want to dress so you appear out of place at your work location. Dress also to be comfortable and not the stiff shirt banker look.
STAY AWAY FOR THOSE ENERGY DRAINERS
- Avoid energy drainers. They can be like a psychic sink with an open drain. Do not waste time with people who engage in idle chat and waste your precious time.
You get a sort of an uneasy feeling with certain types of people. If you sense bad vibes, you better stay away from them if you do not want them to drain your energy.
ASSOCIATE WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE
- Associate with like-minded people. Find a group of like-minded people who share your likes and dislikes so that you could get support and enhance your growth along with them.
If you associate with more knowledgeable individuals, you will tend to gravitate to their level. When you are in groups like this, there is a collective energy working for the good of all in the group.
PRACTICE POSITIVE INTROSPECTION
- Practice positive introspection. Set aside sometime every day to relax, meditate and take an inventory of all the wonderful qualities you possess and use in your daily activities.
Visualize the end result of your goals and desires. Some people find it hard to visualize, so you can also imagine or dream what you desire. One good form of meditation is called Japa, This was introduced to me my by my late great friend, Wayne Dyer. Simply sit silently and just listen. Stop all the self talk in your mind. This is hard to do and takes some practice, but soon you can sit quietly and just listen. And become intune with the infinite universe, the creative force of all.
